Once your systems are installed and fully-commissioned, maintenance and support arrangements need to be put in place to ensure trouble-free operation.  All Monitored systems require a maintenance contract to be in place if you require Emergency Service response.

DS Securities provide fast, responsive maintenance and service support, to ensure that your systems are maintained in full working order.   Our 24-hour emergency helpline provides immediate support should a fault occur at any time of the day, and we ensure that your system is quickly returned to full operation. Through our extensive use of remote diagnosis equipment, this can often be achieved without having to even send an engineer to you.

We provide full service and maintenance packages for all systems we supply. Our large team of engineers each average more than ten years experience in the industry, and between them possess expertise in all types of Fire and Security equipment produced by every manufacturer in the industry, from simple installations for small premises to complex multi-site integrated security systems.

We will tailor your maintenance and support arrangements to match your individual business requirements, including compliance with the conditions of your business insurance policies. We provide a range of response options and contract periods, and will take-over the maintenance of existing systems, subject to a full system audit.  We can also respond to emergency callouts from non-contract customers for a one-off fee.
